Between ECU and area high schools, there are plenty of theatrical and musical productions occurring in Greenville. Area high schools produce several theatrical productions each year. ECU produces its Performing Arts Series and Summer Theatre programs.
Greenville is also host to museums and galleries, offering a wide variety of culture to the area. Some of these include the 1901 A.W. Ange House with 1‚000 historical artifacts and the Wellington B. Gray Gallery featuring internationally known contemporary artists. The recently built Walter L. Stasavich Science & Nature Center includes a 10‚000-gallon tank with turtles and aquatic life specific to North Carolina.
